This is where you'll find my say and take on local, unique, and homemade restaurants in Knoxville, Tennessee. To the taco stand down the street to the locally owned little pub in the middle of no where. This isn't about the ambiance, the service or frankly the expertise of food. It is really just good damn food, plain and simple.
